FROM THE LINCOLN TUNNEL (ROUTE 3 WEST)
From the Lincoln Tunnel, follow signs for Route 3 West. Remain on Route 3 West approximately 10 miles to the Broad Street, Bloomfield/Paterson exit. As you come off the exit you will come to a traffic light. At the traffic light you will make a left hand turn onto Allwood Road. You will continue to the next traffic light where you will make a left hand turn onto Board Street. Travel on Board Street for approximately 1 mile. Make a left hand turn onto Broadacres Corporate Park, onto Broadacres Drive. (If you pass Shop-Rite you went too far) We are building #400, alongside the fountain.
FROM ROUTE 3 EAST
Exit at the Broad Street, Bloomfield/Paterson exit. As soon as you come off the exit at the traffic light make a right hand turn onto Broad Street. Travel on Board Street for approximately 1 mile. Make a left hand turn onto Broadacres Corporate Park, onto Broadacres Drive. (If you pass Shop-Rite you went too far) We are building #400, alongside the fountain.
FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY /SOUTHBOUND
Exit the Parkway at Exit 151 Watchung Avenue/Montclair/Nutley. Go through the tollbooth. At the traffic light, make a left hand turn onto Watchung Avenue. At the second traffic light you will make a left hand turn onto East Passaic Avenue. Continue to the next traffic light where you will make a left hand turn onto West Passaic Avenue. At the second traffic light you will make a right hand turn onto Board Street. (There is a bank on your left hand side and there will be a Krauzer’s on your right hand side as you make the turn). Continue to the second traffic light at which point you will get into the right hand lane (turn bears to the right). Make a right hand turn onto Broadacres Drive. We are building #400, alongside the fountain.
FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY /NORTHBOUND

FROM GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE
Go West over the George Washington Bridge toward New Jersey. Follow signs for I-95. Go Southwest on I-95/New Jersey Turnpike, to exit 16W. Follow signs for Route 3 West. Take Route 3 West and follow directions for Route 3 West above.
