Recognizing that well-trained and caring staff are of primary importance to family and residents alike, Juniper has created and implemented a series of specialized staff training programs we call In Touch College. The training empowers employee job skill development and aging sensitivity. Additionally through Juniper University we provide educational programs for residents, families and the wider community that empower individuals with knowledge and foster well being throughout the aging process.

Our social activities program, designed to keep resident’s connected, physically active, engaged and involved with others, as well as connected to the community in which they live. Our Connections program is modeled around our Alive in All Seasons monthly themes which provide a focus for education, events, and celebrations.
