At Juniper we strive to nurture the spirit of life in each individual we serve by providing an environment and programs that encourage an active body, an engaged mind and a fulfilled spirit. Juniper has developed several signature programs for senior living and memory care, designed to enhance the well-being of our residents and staff:
Juniper University/In Touchsm
Recognizing that well-trained and caring staff are of primary importance to family and residents alike, Juniper has created and implemented a series of specialized staff training programs we call In Touch College. The training empowers employee job skill development and aging sensitivity. Additionally through Juniper University we provide educational programs for residents, families and the wider community that empower individuals with knowledge and foster well being throughout the aging process.
Our social activities program, designed to keep resident’s connected, physically active, engaged and involved with others, as well as connected to the community in which they live. Our Connections program is modeled around our Alive in All Seasons monthly themes which provide a focus for education, events, and celebrations.
